Breed Guidelines, Fees & Pet-Friendly Amenities

Bring your pets into the routine. At FLATZ 602, pet-friendly living feels built in—not tacked on. Step out for quick fresh-air breaks in the on-site dog parks and pet play areas, then come back to an apartment with durable vinyl plank flooring, in-home laundry, and an easy open layout that handles everyday paws, toys, and treat bags with style.

With a welcoming policy, door-to-door trash pickup, gated access, and outdoor spaces for lounging after a walk, your home base in Phoenix makes pet care feel a little smoother. See more community features on the amenities page, or schedule a tour to explore the pet-friendly spaces in person.
